As Geoff & Drew's PRODUCTS ARE PERISHABLE, IT IS IMPORTANT that you choose the most appropriate Ship To: address (Work or Home), when sending your gifts from us. This is the address where the intended receiver (you, your client, friend, family member, etc.) will most likely be during day time, business hours of 9AM to 6PM.  

Once you have decided where to have your order shipped, (to the home, office or another location), you MUST provide a COMPLETE address including apartment number for residences or floor and suite number for offices. It is also essential that you provide a phone number for the recipient in the event that they are unavailable, i.e. not home or at a deliverable work address, at the time of an attempted delivery.

Our Shipper of Choice, United Parcel Service (UPS), will make all reasonable attempts to deliver your package to its intended recipient. HOWEVER, if UPS determines that a package cannot be left behind in a safe and secure place or manner, or where a signatory is not available to sign for receipt of the package, the delivery MAY NOT BE ABLE TO BE MADE. In the event that this occurs, Geoff & Drew's has real-time package tracking capabilities, and we encourage you to call us at 617-787-1000 or 866-437-3928 for shipping status. You may also access your Geoff & Drew's Account online and track the package yourself. 

May I specify an exact ship date?
An exact shipping date range can be specified for products to arrive during a particular week. Within the guidelines of our shipper, we will attempt to ship products to arrive when you request them to be.

A variety of shipping options are available, overnight delivery, Saturday delivery, 2-business day delivery or our standard 1-2 business day delivery guarantee. We use UPS and USPS for all of our shipping. Please note that items cannot be shipped to arrive on a Sunday or Monday, and all delivery days refer to business days, Monday through Friday. Unless requested, Geoff & Drew's does not ship on Fridays. However, Saturday service is available in certain areas for an additional charge.


What are your shipping rates?

Your selection of the proper shipping cost is based on the honor system.  Please see shipping sections for rates.   We do NOT  Ship on Fridays. Orders Placed Friday - Sunday will ship the following Monday.  Please call 866-437-3928 with any questions.

What is the cut off time for your order to be shipped the same day?
In most cases, individual orders placed by no later than 12:00 PM (EST), Monday-Thursday for delivery to locations on the East Coast of the United States including New York City, CT, RI, VT, ME, MA and NH will be shipped out the same day. Our products are shipped from Boston, Massachusetts. Any order placed on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday will ship the following Monday.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, orders to the West Coast, Mid West and Southern States including, but not limited to, California, Illinois, Texas, Wyoming, Nevada, Hawaii and Florida, which are placed after 2 PM (EST) on Wednesday, unless a priority service is specified, will be shipped the following Monday. Orders to these states placed after Wednesday will be shipped the following Monday unless otherwise specified. The cut off time refers to the day your package will be shipped, not delivered. In order for our products to arrive to you or your recipient fresh, orders placed on a Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday need to be sent via 2 day or overnight priority service. For Hospital Deliveries: You MUST specify a Room Number and the Full Address of the Hospital or we will not be able to ship the product.

When Shipping to a Business Address: You MUST specify the name of the Company, the Recipient, the Suite or Room Number and Floor Number or we cannot guarantee delivery of the product.

Can I ship gifts to multiple addresses?
Yes. You can use our multiple ship-to capability to send gifts to different addresses, whether you're sending the same gift to everybody or different gifts to each address you can take care of your gift giving in a single checkout. Look for it on the Checkout page.
