Please note during the winter months temperatures may drop below 32 degrees. In Boston (where we are based) and in many states. If your cookies arrive frozen (hard) it is due to the extreme cold temperature (they are not stale) simply put the cookies in a microwave for 12-15 seconds or warm up in an conventional oven for 5 minutes at 350 degrees. ******** The Shelf life of our fresh baked cookies is 10 days. We do NOT use artificial ingredients or preservatives in any of our baked items. Cookies should NOT be refrigerated. Our Brownies have a shelf life of 20 days.
