Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative: Experienced and motivated self starter who likes to both sell and service customers. Assist customer with order inquires , from beginning to end of sales. Geoff & Drew's Company gifts to corporate clients and offer excellent customer service & support during the holiday season.
Responsibilities include:
• Sell gift programs to new and existing clients
• Cold call customers from sales list
• Manage client gift orders from beginning to end
• Support sales and build brand loyalty and business volume by providing friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable support to customers.Primary Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming customer calls, assist to place orders, answer questions about a product, or inquire about status of an order.
• Assist in troubleshooting and correcting problem orders.
Qualifications:
• Previous sales experience and customer service for at least one year
• Comfort with cold calling and customer service
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Comfortable with excel, word,databases, computers
• Detail oriented and able to multi task
• Uncompromising ethics and integrity
• College degree with at least 1 year working experience preferred.
• Positive attitude and a sense of humor
