We bake and ship out of Boston, Ma. If you are shipping to the midwest and west coast it may take 3-5 business days to arrive, if you want your gift to arrive earlier we recommend you choose 2 day. Our shipper of choice is UPS. Shipping price is for the first item. If you are bulk shipping mulitple gifts, the shipping will add approx $3-$4 per additiona gift box.

May I specify an exact ship date?
An exact shipping date range can be specified for products to arrive during a particular week if you order online. You can request specific ship or delviery dates if you call in your order and speak with a customer service rep.

For Hospital Deliveries: You MUST specify a Room Number and the Full Address of the Hospital or we will not be able to ship the product. When Shipping to a Business Address: You MUST specify the name of the Company, the Recipient, the Suite or Room Number or Floor Number ( if there is one) or we cannot guarantee delivery of the product. A missing Suite or Floor will incur addtional charges from UPS as they do not consider it a complete address without it.

Can I ship gifts to multiple addresses?
Yes. You can use our multiple ship-to capability to send gifts to different addresses, whether you're sending the same gift to everybody or different gifts to each address you can take care of your gift giving in a single checkout. Enter all of the addess's first, then you choose which gift you send to which recipient. If you are ordering more than 10 gifts, please email customerservice@geoffanddrews.com. We can send you an excel spreadsheet to upload into our system for easier ordering.
